The Old Farm on Distant HIll

“Farming is a profession of hope”  Brian Brett

Across March Hill Road from Distant Hill Gardens is a beautiful old round-roofed dairy barn. Owned by a farmer who lives a few miles away and mainly used as just a hay barn now, it rarely houses animals anymore. A few work horses and cattle are kept there on and off, but it is empty of life most of the time. Sadly, it has fallen into a state of disrepair.
